Organizational Assessments

Ben analyzed and categorized results from an organizations’ survey of employees, in which staff were asked questions regarding their experience working in the organization in order to determine areas for improvement. Ben transformed the responses into quantitative and qualitative results that were easier to comprehend. For the open-ended questions, Ben completed a sentiment analysis of the responses and identified patterns among employees’ responses.  He wrote a white paper to document the results. He then created an interactive graphic that effectively summarized the information while also providing specific responses to illustrate employees’ opinions. Finally, Ben conducted a training to teach the organization’s leadership how to use these resources to not only understand the employees’ perspectives, but also to act on the information staff shared and improve the organization.
